I just want to begin by saying, I am not a chef; I’m just an okay cook. I decided to start this category because It’s not easy being a foodie when you’re trying to stick to a migraine trigger free diet. It’s not that we can’t have yumminess, it’s just our imaginations sometimes limit us.
To help me stick to my goal of remaining on the trigger free diet found in the book, “Heal Your Headache The 1.2.3 Program For Taking Charge Of Your Pain”, by David Buchholz, M.D., my husband and I have been creating meals that help me not to miss my restaurant and fast food favs.
