Don’t Self-Sabotage – “We Believe What We Tell Ourselves”

I was “moved” when I saw this graphic today on twitter:

Belive In Yourself

And in the words of fellow blogger and chronic migraine fighter Happyiihgirl, “I/You got this!”

  1. Skylar,
This is lovely. I agree, what we tell areselves is half the battle. I have a chronic illness and know how easy it is to feel defeated. It takes work to stay hopeful and positive, especially when pain is an issue. Thanks for sharing this beautiful graphic.

    • It does take work. In fact, when I saw this on twitter I needed it. I was, in that moment, self-sabotaging. Reading it totally changed my thinking pattern; so I had to share it.

Thanks so much for checking out my blog and commenting. I’ll have to look up your book.
