When I woke up this morning I felt “migrainey”. It’s a word I coined that tells my husband I feel one coming on. I took my prescription meds and carried on with the chores I’d set out for the day hoping they’d work.

Chores:
1. Wash Bailey’s (our American Bull Dog’s) bed and her drying towel
2. Bath her
3. Mop the living room and kitchen

By the time I closed the washing machine my head was pounding. I climbed back into bed and waited for the cycle to end; hung out Bailey’s things (while in severe pain), and now I’m back in bed writing this post. Though I did only one thing on my list I’m rejoicing because I did something.

Share with me what you did today that shows your progress despite Chronic Migraine, Illness, Depression etc. I’ll check back for them after a long sleep.
